The former is probably the most beautifully put together quilt book you’re ever going to find, and the latter has helped me get so much more of my beloved little Bernina. #igquiltfest2023 #quiltbooks #quilting

So Sugarcubes as-it-is-written calls for two different values of the same colour in a single block ... but the truth is it looks good with two different colours as well. (Even here though I like to keep the darker tones to the corners, and a lighter tone for the pieces that run diagonally across the middle. #sugarcubesquilt #rubystarsociety #modernquiltblocks
